Our business network allocates exactly one exclusive seat allocation per specific professional classification inside an individual chapter. Members are prohibited from officially advertising products or cross-representing professional industries matching another validated seat allocation inside that same chapter structure.
Continuous value generation inside the network depends on active participation. Members must maintain regular attendance at scheduled chapter sessions. Unexcused, extended absences or failure to participate in structured referral exchanges can result in a review by the membership committee and potential seat forfeiture without compensation.
All institutional membership packages, onboarding contributions, and platform renewal configurations are due in advance according to the timeline listed on our Pricing page. SL Enterpreneurs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify pricing structures upon providing 30 days of explicit written notice to active chapter seats.
Members agree to process all referrals, cross-introductions, and business interactions with high professional integrity. We explicitly disclaim any corporate liability regarding standard commercial or legal friction that may occur between separate corporate members during their independent B2B transactions.
Any irreconcilable legal disputes, verification demands, or claims relating to our networking services will be governed by the laws of India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Goa, India.
