Because StartupLanes Networking operates as a real-time professional B2B service platform—granting instant operational access to digital tools, member databases, exclusive chapter seating, and scheduled corporate referral meetings—all service configurations are considered active immediately upon payment confirmation.
Prospective members whose initial chapter application is declined by our internal membership committee will receive a complete 100% refund of their onboarding fees. This return is processed automatically within 5 to 7 business days of the committee's decision.
Active members can choose to cancel their upcoming membership renewals at any point by emailing their local Chapter Director or our central team at info@startuplanes.com at least 14 days before their next billing cycle. Once a membership seat is activated for a term, fees paid for that ongoing period are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial or prorated credits.
Approved refunds are systematically returned directly to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI account, or net banking wallet) utilized during checkout. It typically takes 5 to 7 transactional business days for bank networks to reflect the credited amount on your statement.
